Management

Attorneys Linda Fotheringill and Tracy Wade are the founders and sole owners of Washington & West, LLC and Quantum Appeals®, a RAC tracking software and denial management tool. Ms. Fotheringill and Ms. Wade are also the Principals of Fotheringill & Wade, LLC, a law firm devoted exclusively to representing hospitals in claim disputes with Medicare and other third-party payers. Together, their backgrounds represent over fifty years in the healthcare industry. Ms. Fotheringill began her career as a Physician’s Assistant at Johns Hopkins Hospital in 1974, while Ms. Wade began her career as a Patient Registrar at UCLA Emergency Medicine Center in 1987.
