Washington & West meets the challenges of working large volumes of time-sensitive, complex denials—many with combined administrative, legal and medical issues—with a robust, proprietary software tool Quantum Appeals®. Designed for this specific purpose, Quantum Appeals© streamlines recovery services and manages RAC/Medicare and health insurance denials all in one system. With Quantum Appeals©, we provide detailed, meaningful reports that assist Hospital Executives with every aspect of denial management, including denial prevention.
Our success rates are due to the expertise applied to each and every denial. Washington & West uses a team approach with each claim. The team consists of:

Our services are designed to supplement internal recovery efforts and act as an additional tool in denial recovery. There is no minimum number of cases that our clients are required to refer.
